MUGIS Basic Suturing Workshop

The Melbourne University Gastrointestinal Society (MUGIS) is excited to host its first workshop of the year – teaching you the basics of suturing! This workshop is open to all year levels, no prior suturing experience required. We’ll be covering simple interrupted, simple continuous and basic surgical knot tying, as well as covering the proper technique in using needle holders, tissue forceps and suture scissors.
